Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, merchants, and internal teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. You'll work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary of $26/hour.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
- Show imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace
- Be an understudy of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
- Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to provide customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
- Recognize ways to improve and execute tasks to help efficiency and quality
- Answer and address escalations from customers and merchants
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or ability to perform data analysis
- Ability to work well in both individual and team settings
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of the food delivery industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with some time in-office
