Job Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently + Handle a range of inquiries from basic requests to complex issues + Utilize problem-solving skills to pinpoint the root cause of problems and offer clear guidance to resolve them + Escalate issues beyond your expertise to higher-level support while ensuring the client is informed about the progress of their inquiry

  • Provide product information and education to clients

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Qualifications
