Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents, assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests, and addressing general questions or inquiries. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle all general questions or inquiries, providing solutions and resolving issues efficiently
  • Utilize our hotel's systems and technology to access guest information, make reservations, and process payments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets, including call handling times, resolution rates, and guest satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet guest needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and hotel management systems
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment, with knowledge of hotel operations and systems

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as hospitality or tourism
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with guests in multiple languages
  • Experience using hotel management systems, such as Opera or Micros
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles
