Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Data Entry Specialists to join our team and help us process and manage large volumes of data for our Amazon Remote operations. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update data into systems accurately and efficiently

• Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure data integrity
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
• Meet established productivity goals and deadlines, while working well under pressure
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data analysis and reporting
• Uphold company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior data entry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau
• Certification in data entry or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages
