Job Responsibilities:
* Answer Incoming Calls and Respond to Customer Requests: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Book Appointments for Members with a High Degree of Data Accuracy: Ensure seamless scheduling experiences for customers, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and Escalate Issues to Supervisors as Needed: Recognize and address potential issues, escalating them to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to Fast-Changing Guidelines while Assisting Customers: Stay up-to-date with changing policies and procedures, applying this knowledge to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
What We're Looking For:
* High School Graduate or G.E.D.: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Minimum of One Year Experience in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center or Retail Environment: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential for success in this position.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to Multitask while Speaking on the Phone and Using a Computer: Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining focus and composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be Able to Pass a Background Check: A background check is a requirement for this role, ensuring the safety and security of our customers and team members.
How to Stand Out:
* Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute: Develop and maintain strong typing skills, enabling you to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Maintaining Established Quality Requirements: Showcase your ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences, adhering to established quality standards and protocols.
