$5,945.00 Per Month ($71,340.00 Annually)

Position Summary
Within the Center for Equity and Excellence in Teaching and Learning, the project coordinator is responsible for leading the development, delivery, tracking, data collection and communications on CEETL programs and services; leading day-to-day operations by coordinating project tasks across student assistants and team members in support of ongoing grants, program, and the needs of rotating faculty fellows and directors; and uses advanced communication skills to promote multimodal campus outreach strategies.
Position Information
Project Lead:
- In consultation and collaboration with CEETL team members and campus partners, provide planning, communication, direction, coordination, monitoring, tracking, implementation, completion, and assessment of the CEETL projects and services while remaining aligned with the commitments and goals of CEETL.
- Use advanced team building skills and problem solving to support team members and to promote and integrate a range of expertise and perspectives among team members.
- Lead day-to-day operations for CEETL projects and services programs; develop and maintain project related databases; collect quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesize information for reports and newsletters.
- Coordinate project tasks across student assistants and team members.
- Provide operational support and be the CEETL liaison for rotating faculty fellows and directors.
- Be the CEETL liaison and coordinate meetings with the CEETL Advisory Board.
- Develop, write, edit, and proofread communication in support of CEETL services and programming.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on the theme, design, content, and layout of web-based and social media publications to maximize impact, reinforcing anti-racist principles in support of justice, equity, diversity
- Participate in the maintenance, development, and ongoing management of the CEETL website and social media.
- Track and provide data on social media metrics and usage of CEETL offerings, assess training needs and coordinate training delivery.

- Comprehensive knowledge of teaching and learning approaches in face-to-face, hybrid and online environments. Advanced knowledge of Canvas. Minimum 2 years of experience working in higher education.
- Knowledge of statistical and/or research databases. Be able to collect quantitative and qualitative data. Ability to analyze data requirements and research data availability and access methods. Assess campus training needs and assist and coordinate plans for training delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and initiatives from feasibility to implementation phases, applying effective planning, resource allocation, time management methods, and work direction to others. Effective team building and conflict resolution strategies. Must demonstrate experience leading projects and/or teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills, including advanced listening, speaking, writing, presentation and organizational skills. Work proactively, and independently, on complex projects and work assignments. Write user documentation, user guides, instructor guides, training outlines, and technical training publications. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with faculty and staff within and across disciplines. Minimum 2 years of experience working in higher education.
