The Opportunity

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls with customers

• Conduct creative problem-solving to resolve customer issues
• Assess customer needs and provide sound solutions
• Document details of all calls and customer interactions
• Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
• Work independently, with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience

• Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
• Basic typing skills
• Strong customer service and written skills
• Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Application and Certification Process

• Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee)
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility.

Availability

Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. As an Independent Contractor, you get to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients; the more you service, the higher your earning potential!
