The Opportunity

As a Spanish Speaker - Work from Home Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of customer experience management. You'll be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.

Responsibilities

* Manage customer interaction via inbound calls

• Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
• Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless customer experience
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in Spanish - communication level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
• Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Team player with a respectful attitude towards authority
• Attention to detail
• Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
• Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work from home
