Position Overview

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
