Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling client requests and providing accurate information on flights, routes, and schedules
  • Overseeing and resolving client issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
  • Providing clients with flight, course, and evaluating data, as well as recognizing and heightening need issues
  • Answering messages and screening flights to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Collaborating with our SOC team to make elective transportation plans and resolve issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to discuss in a clear and concise manner with clients and managers
  • Great listening skills and the ability to extend a quiet, consistent disposition in all interactions
  • Stress resistance and adaptability, with the ability to work in a high-paced climate
  • Conscientious and self-motivated, with the ability to work and comply with time constraints under minimal supervision
  • The capacity to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and different hours as required by the Call Place plan
  • The ability to focus on and execute tasks with a need to get going and accuracy
  • The ability to work in a team environment and independently, with the ability to learn, comprehend, and convey the conditions of the organization's Agreement of Carriage
  • The ability to become proficient in different software and reservation systems used

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of airline operations, including flight schedules, routes, and fares
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
