Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented engineers and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge web and cloud applications. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient cloud-based applications that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure that our applications are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient cloud-based applications using a range of technologies, including AWS, Python, Scala, and Terraform
- Collaborating with our cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure that our applications meet the needs of our users
- Developing and maintaining high-quality code that is efficient, scalable, and secure
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during development and deployment
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to colleagues
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of software engineering
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and providing technical guidance and support
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge of Python, Scala, and Terraform
- Experience with AWS and other cloud-based technologies
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with workflow scheduler tools, such as Airflow
- Experience with real-time data infrastructure, such as Kinesis or Kafka
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and practices
