About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in our Business Operations and Community Engagement team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the execution of charitable donation programs, product credits, and meal donation packages for the arenaflex Disneyland Resort. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely communication and reporting, while also leading operational methods and applications to maximize impact and value.
Key Responsibilities
* In partnership with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), assess accredited nonprofits to identify donation opportunities
- Act as daily operational touchpoint on behalf of the arenaflex Disneyland Resort to communicate with nonprofit agencies (NPOs) and internal partners for donations requests and other program inquiries
- Create and lead asset availability lists, broaden targeted communication, and strategically select NPOs to acquire donated property to maximize impact and support 0 Landfill initiatives
- Help execute charitable donation special activities such as auctions, distributions, and installations
- Build and maintain donation facts in the Cybergrants Contribution Management System (CMS)
- Broaden and preserve monitoring, tracking, and reporting equipment to keep auditable records of all property donated to NPOs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and reporting for key partners, including tax, environmental, phase, and corporate partners
- Gather records, design charts and metrics, and use data-driven storytelling to measure the success of the program
- Discover and implement opportunities for sustained development of applications, guidelines, and processes to drive expanded impact and value
- Maintain the organization's strong fantastic relationship with local, national, and international nonprofit agencies, including Goodwill
- Preserve compliance with regulatory guidelines through regular partnership with Legal, Environmental Integration, and Environmental Affairs
- Function as a change agent, taking calculated risks to combine procedures, eliminate boundaries, and set desires
- Represent the wishes of the branch and the community in construction/salvage project walks
- Arrange the logistics of donation deliveries and pickup from all arenaflex Disneyland Resort locations and stale-website warehouses
Required Qualifications & Abilities
* Top-notch guest service skills, with a proven ability to represent an agency positively
- Strong written and verbal communication talents and the capacity to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with a bias towards action
- A success-oriented project management skillset
- Proven energy in partnerships: ability to leverage network knowledge and resources to drive impact in the workplace environment
- Ability to work efficiently while finding opportunities, growing options, and recommending solutions to complex business problems in a self-sufficient and fairly collaborative environment
- Potential to handle multiple priorities and timelines for results
- Interest in gaining knowledge of complex software and applications
- Experience collecting, organizing, and presenting statistical analysis and metrics

* Familiarity with arenaflex's work with non-profits

- Enjoyment in a warehousing environment
Education
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field preferred
