Job Overview

As an Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer and member inquiries. You'll be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to incoming chat requests and emails, while also delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Deciphering information from requestors and delivering accurate and timely responses
  • Utilizing social media and website chat functions to engage with customers and members
  • Following provided guidelines and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintaining a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat requests and emails

Key Details

* Contract Length: Open-ended

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Skills/Background Needed:

+ Ability to access social media and website chat functions using a phone, tablet, or laptop + Independent work capabilities + Proficiency in following provided guidelines and instructions + Reliable internet connection

  • Location: This position is entirely remote, providing the convenience of working online from the comfort of your own space

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
