Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering patient information, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter patient information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data entry processes and patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region
- Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations
- Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy software and technology systems, including electronic health records and prescription management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
