Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree: From a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience.
- B2B Service Experience: 1 year of experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or equivalent job(s).
- Microsoft Suite Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics preferred.
- Distribution/Supply Chain/Logistics Experience: A plus, but not required.
