Job Summary

As a Customer Service Receptionist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves a range of tasks, including:

  • Greeting customers and visitors, answering calls on a multi-extension phone system, and transferring calls as necessary
  • Assisting customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and support requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Answer and direct calls, respond to emails, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with entry-level support for their service calls, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school education or equivalent

  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in additional software applications, such as CRM systems or helpdesk software
