Key Responsibilities

What You Should Have
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
