Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert guidance and advice to patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their healthcare

What You Should Have

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
