Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or service industry environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar customer support role, preferably in the health and wellness industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
