Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk / Typing Fully Remote, you'll play a critical role in supporting our office services and administrative functions. You'll be responsible for managing visitor accommodations, maintaining office and conference room setups, ordering supplies, assisting with events, and handling administrative tasks such as filing and equipment maintenance. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Typing Fully Remote, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing visitor accommodations, including greeting and accommodating visitors, coordinating with appropriate personnel, and providing proper visitor information, including badges and security access
  • Maintaining office and conference room setups, including setting up workstations and conference rooms for visitors, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply rooms
  • Ordering supplies and assisting with events, including placing catering orders, setting up food and beverage, and cleaning up
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, equipment maintenance, and data entry, including correcting errors, organizing information, creating accurate spreadsheets, and ensuring data is backed up
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors, colleagues, and stakeholders, and responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Performing additional duties as required, including handling confidential and sensitive information, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in hospitality and/or general office services responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations
