Chatbot LLM Engineer (all genders)

Als Chatbot Engineer bist du für die Umsetzung der Chatbots unserer Kund:innen auf der botario-Plattform verantwortlich. Vom Konzept bis zum fertig implementierten Bot – du begleitest und übernimmst die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Erweiterung der Chatbots. Dabei wendest du die neuesten State-of-the-Art KI-Technologien an.

• Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Chat- und Voicebots für unsere Kund:innen
• Du bist von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme an der Entwicklung beteiligt, dabei arbeitest du mit botario, unserer Chatbot-Management-Plattform
• Du legst fest, wie die gewünschten Prozesse in Dialogform umgesetzt werden können und erstellst die benötigten Inhalte für den Chatbot
• Du entwickelst bei Bedarf die Anbindung an die Systemlandschaft der Kund:innen
• Du nutzt Prompt Engineering, um die Effizienz und Genauigkeit der Bots zu verbessern

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder der Entwicklung von Chatbots
• Du hast sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python
• Du hast Erfahrung mit den aktuellsten LLM-Technologien und -Praktiken
• Du denkst lösungsorientiert und gehst dabei Probleme analytisch und strukturiert an
• Du arbeitest gerne im Team und mit agilen Methoden
• Du hast eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Die erstellten Chatbots bieten neben einem Live-Chat auch eine Video-Chat-Funktion und können auch als Phonebots konfiguriert werden.  As a Chatbot Engineer, you are responsible for implementing our customers' chatbots on the botario platform. From concept to final implementation, you will guide and take over the development, optimization, and enhancement of the chatbots, applying the latest state-of-the-art AI technologies.

• You develop customized chatbots and voicebots for our customers
• You are involved in the development process from conceptualization to deployment, working with botario, our chatbot management platform
• You define how the desired processes can be implemented in dialog form and create the necessary content for the chatbot
• You develop integrations with the customers' system landscape as needed
• You use prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy

• A successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in software development or chatbot development
• You have strong programming skills in Python
• You have experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices
• You think solution-oriented and approach problems analytically and systematically
• You enjoy working in a team and using agile methodologies
• You have an independent working style
• You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
