Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns
• Communicating directly with clients through our project management system, Basecamp
• Coordinating tasks and activities with other team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Providing exceptional customer support and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies
• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to drive business growth
• Collaborating with the CEO and other team members to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and management
• Google Ads experience, with knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and management (Google Certification is a plus)
• Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• A fast computer and high-speed internet connection with reliable power
• Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
• Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research (not essential but a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
• Knowledge of or experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing
• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
• Experience working with a remote team or in a virtual environment

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

As a Full Stack Digital Marketing Manager, you can expect to spend:

• 45% of your time on Facebook Ads setup and strategy
• 10% of your time on Google Ads setup and optimization
• 10% of your time responding to customer queries via Basecamp
• 10% of your time on graphic design
• 10% of your time on general admin tasks
• 5% of your time on report preparation
• 5% of your time on SEO blog proofreading and editing
• 5% of your time on lead generation and follow-up
