About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, members, and customers to provide exceptional support and care. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with benefits and insurance information. Your passion for helping others and your excellent communication skills will make a real difference in someone's life.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and provide support

  • Outreach to patients to assess for high-risk or other healthcare appointments
  • Assist patients with benefits and insurance information, providing a welcoming and supportive experience
  • Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback and insights
  • Collaborate with patient representatives, providers, and pharmacies to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A minimum internet download speed of 100Mbps and upload speed of 20Mbps
