Job Summary

As an Experienced Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via live chat and social media channels. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
