Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team at Baltimore International Airport. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including wheelchair, security, and porter services, while ensuring the safety of property and people. Key Responsibilities

* Provide wheelchair services, ensuring that all security procedures are met

  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities to the supervisor
  • Maintain the wheelchairs in good condition and report the ones that need to be fixed
  • Collect wheelchairs from terminals and parking lots
  • Provide security at different areas, such as door, ramp, catering, and bag room
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management
