What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be the vital link between our customers' at-home and in-store experiences. You'll respond to sales leads and customer inquiries, ensuring customers can buy the vehicle they want in a way that suits them. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
• Using your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guiding customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
• Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentoring others as your skillset expands
• Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
• Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a sales and customer service superstar with:

• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
• Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• A willingness to shift schedules two times per year according to business needs
• A hybrid role with a requirement for working on-site one day per week
• The ability to meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
• A willingness to live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
