Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling incoming contacts, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat, using preferred channels to support our overall vision to be the world's favorite travel company
  • Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
  • Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
  • Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements

* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • License or certification not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working with a variety of software applications, including CRM systems and email management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Work Environment

* Work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life

  • Must live within 100 miles of Austin, TX
  • Class start date: January 20, 2025
  • Training class schedule: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM CT for 5 weeks
  • Anticipated shift after completion of training: 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM CT, including weekends and holidays
