Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a remote environment

Equipment Requirements

* MacBook or Windows 10 or 11 computer with current operating system

  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (benefited but not required)
  • Ability to come off mute when called on and participate in chat when asked to complete a task
  • Internet speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
