What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution

• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing speed, and multitasking
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• Ability to work in one of the following states: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
