Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing thoughtful, caring, and efficient support
- Troubleshoot straightforward and complex customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, applying knowledge to enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions
- Consistently meet set targets for pace and quality in live chat and email, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify system issues and communicate with the Product Operations team to ensure seamless product development
- Escalate non-standard customer experiences to ensure timely and effective resolution
Who We're Looking For:
* Availability for a consistent daily shift, with a schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekend and holiday coverage
- Residency in one of the following states: Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, or Utah
- Strong dynamic writing skills, with a focus on grammar and spelling
- Excellent reading comprehension to identify the root cause of customer issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated room, ergonomic chair, and desk

Cash Compensation Range:
$23.08 USD per hour, with variations based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
