Job Overview
As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and handling various digital tools and platforms. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. Your strong communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage sales inquiries and troubleshoot customer problems
- Process orders and create shipping labels
- Prevent and resolve disputes on PayPal and Stripe
- Calculate the price of products and create renders and mockup designs
- Work with AI tools to create new content
- Manage social media outreach to influencers
- Perform other virtual assistant tasks as required
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
- Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify
- Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
- Strong sales abilities and experience
- Proven negotiation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
- Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
- Minimum of 3 years in customer support
- Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
- High understanding of worldwide addresses
- Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls
- Proficiency in creating compelling copy
- Experience in providing live chat support
- Access to high-speed internet without any power or signal interruptions
