Job Description:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone and email, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing accurate information regarding products and services
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining records
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Identifying trends in customer feedback and reporting findings to management
