About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Engineer to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Google Cloud Platform group, you'll work closely with our top customers to help them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy. Your expertise will be invaluable in recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate Google Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

* Be a trusted advisor to our top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their overall cloud strategy through recommending migration paths, integration techniques, and application architectures that incorporate Google Cloud AI-optimized infrastructure

• Reveal how Google Cloud is differentiated, highlighting the strength of accelerators by working with clients on proof-of-concepts, demonstrating functions, optimizing model performance, profiling, and benchmarking
• Construct repeatable assets to enable other clients and internal teams
• Influence Google Cloud approach on the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML by advocating for corporate client requirements
• Tour to customer sites and events as needed

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or an associated technical field, or equivalent relevant experience

• 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models
• Experience delivering technical presentations while leading detailed discovery and planning sessions that are aligned with the customer with defined scope and success criteria

Desired Qualifications

* Experience with education and fine-tuning large models (i.e., image, language, segmentation, advice, genomics) with accelerators

• Experience running MLPerf benchmarks
• Experience with performance profiling tools (i.e., Tensorflow profiler, PyTorch profiler, Tensorboard)
• Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus cost
• Experience designing/architecting large-scale infrastructure farms for professional AI use cases
• Ability to interact with C-level or senior business leaders and influence decisions

Compensation and Perks

The USA-based salary range for this full-time role is $100-$150 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. In the range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-associated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
