Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology (training provided)
