Responsibilities
As an Online Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat inquiries from patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a timely and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information about hospice services and resources, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to caring for those in need
- Addressing and resolving concerns with professionalism and compassion, using active listening skills to understand the needs of our clients
- Collaborating with the hospice team to ensure seamless communication and support, working closely with our team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Documenting chats and following up as necessary to ensure client satisfaction, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the team
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to privacy regulations, upholding the trust and confidence placed in us by our clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
