Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
  • Providing solutions to common issues and escalating complex problems to senior support agents when necessary.

Requirements:
