Position Overview
As a Client Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy of client profiles. This role features a hybrid work model, affording you the flexibility to work remotely some days while still enjoying the vibrancy of an office culture. Key Responsibilities
* Manage the creation and updating of client accounts
- Verify and maintain accurate client profile information
- Process online bidder approvals
- Conduct data entry for clients, generate reports, and manage shipping instructions
- Update mailing list entries and process bidder cards
- Verify sales tax details
- Track and respond to client surveys
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are advantageous
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
