Your Role

As a remote student customer care representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via chat, email, and phone. Your tasks will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing information about our products and services, including features, pricing, and membership options
  • Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle
  • Collecting customer feedback and helping to optimize internal processes
  • Maintaining our knowledge base and ensuring that it's up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:

  • Enrolled at a university (full-time)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with customer service software and tools (ideally)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex or similar platforms (a plus)
