Job Summary

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor. You will be responsible for greeting patrons, responding to customer inquiries, and performing basic cleaning responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain valuable experience, develop their skills, and contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
  • Assist with special event set-up and operations
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
  • Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building

Essential Qualifications

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment

  • BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a team environment and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Basic knowledge of facility operations and maintenance
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
