The Role
As a Virtual Assistant for Live Chat Support, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and professional live chat support to customers through our website or social media accounts. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your ability to think outside the box, communicate effectively, and resolve issues efficiently will make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts as needed

Contract and Compensation
* No fixed-term contract, allowing you to work on a flexible schedule that suits your needs

Requirements

- Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions
