Job Description

As a Virtual Scheduler/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences for travelers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements: You'll work closely with customers to book flights, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring that their travel plans are tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Providing information on travel destinations: You'll be knowledgeable about various travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories, providing customers with valuable insights to help them make informed decisions.

Qualifications
