Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to our financial accounting and compliance teams. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all financial data is accurately and efficiently entered into our systems, and that our compliance processes are up-to-date and effective. This is a part-time, remote position that requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter financial data into our systems with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Ensure that all compliance processes are up-to-date and effective
  • Work closely with our financial accounting and compliance teams to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our team members and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with our IT team to resolve any technical issues that may arise
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 4+ years of experience in financial accounting and compliance, or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline

Preferred Qualifications

* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation

  • Experience working in a financial services company, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with financial software applications, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable systems
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
