Your Role

As a Work from Home: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare), you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Researching and resolving customer issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems
  • Accurately documenting call details: Record call information accurately and efficiently
  • Communicating empathetically and diplomatically: Articulate clearly and professionally, even in challenging situations

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older: Meet the minimum age requirement for employment
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent: Meet the minimum educational requirement
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment: Meet the minimum experience requirement
  • Have reliable attendance: Be able to attend work regularly, with no absences in the first 90 days
  • Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM: Meet the minimum typing speed requirement
  • Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download: Meet the minimum internet speed requirement
  • Have a secure, private work area at home: Meet the minimum work environment requirement
  • Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends: Meet the minimum availability requirement
