Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work From Home Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our data capture system, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

* Enter data from images into the data capture system with high accuracy and speed

• Input data in prescribed formats, utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems
• Cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and completeness, scanning and editing for errors during entry
• Process payments, prepare deposits, handle NSF processing, credit card processing, and daily activity balancing
• Maintain incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Enter new business as time permits, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with a strong background in I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer. * High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (desired)
• Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
