Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues, answering their questions, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with product and service information
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare or insurance products and services
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
