Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at an Amazon Locker+ retail location, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
  • Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and efficiency
  • Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
  • Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
  • Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
  • Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
  • Receive truck deliveries and ensure timely processing
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
  • Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
