Role Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and sales development support to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and drive sales growth through our innovative products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and differentiators of arenaflex's Private Business Services
• Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
• Providing exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
• Recording important data as per established procedures and protocols
• Maintaining high levels of integrity and compliance with all administrative and regulatory rules connected with account management and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support and sales, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks and responsibilities in an electronic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
