Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services. With a consultative approach, you'll help our customers stay connected to what matters most, while meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, helping customers stay connected to what matters most
- Meet monthly sales goals, delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings and promotions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of customer service

Requirements
* 1+ years of call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or technical training preferred
Work From Home Requirements
* Verified internet service, with a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connection
- Established dedicated work area, with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
- Compliance with WFH standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements
- Participation in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, and video chats
