Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience that sets us apart from the competition

Requirements
* Must live in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- Dedicated monitor (19 inch)
- Desk and ergonomic chair
