Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience that sets us apart from the competition

Requirements

* Must live in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • Dedicated monitor (19 inch)
  • Desk and ergonomic chair
