Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone support. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and meet performance metrics.

Responsibilities

* Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer live chats in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their queries.

  • Resolve Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via live chat, email, or phone support.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.

  • Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Quiet and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.

What We Offer

* Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year (full-time) or $15 - $25 per hour (part-time).

Technical Requirements

* Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS High Sierra (or later)

  • RAM: 8 GB or more

  • Internet Connection: Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication

Available Shifts and Compensation

Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
