Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative & Cashier, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments, collect vehicle and customer information, and prepare R.O.'s (Repair Orders) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Arrange towing and temporary transportation, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain automotive records by recording problems, keeping customer service areas clean and orderly, and processing customer invoices and payments.
  • Complete customer appointment reminder processes and stock parts and supplies, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.), basic data entry, and basic computer skills.
  • Basic math skills, reporting research results, and a quality focus.
  • Product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

While auto industry experience is preferred, it's not required. We're committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Relocation Requirements
